With over 30 years of design experience and an MFA, Jamie transitioned from the corporate world to start Capik Creative. She thrives on collaborating with clients to refine their visual identity, from creating standout branding to designing captivating websites and graphics.
When she’s not working with clients, you’ll find her exploring Bentonville’s art scene at Crystal Bridges or The Momentary, always searching for new inspiration, or kickin' it at Coler.
Mia
Mia loves working with clients to bring their ideas to life. Whether it’s crafting bold branding, writing compelling copy, or designing eye-catching websites and graphics, she’s all about creating work that stands out and makes an impact.

A dynamic designer specializing in commercial photography, logo design, and branding, Kylie blends creativity and precision into every project, delivering work that truly stands out.
When she’s not behind her desk, Kylie channels her creativity into concerts, the gym, printmaking, and crafting intricate Lego masterpieces—passions that fuel her approach to design.
Bob
Bob is an expert in process optimization and leadership, focused on driving efficiency and helping teams reach their full potential. At Capik Creative, he’s essential in managing operations and overseeing website updates, ensuring everything runs smoothly.
Outside of work, Bob is deeply involved in the biking community. Whether leading rides or clearing trails, he’s always on the move—or, more accurately, on his bike.
Vita
As the official Studio Dog, Vita takes her role seriously—whether it’s supervising naps on the job or lobbying for cheese as her preferred form of payment.
Thunderstorms and closed glass doors? Not her favorites, especially in her senior years. Still, Vita fills our creative space with endless joy, warmth, and a little extra charm.
